Effective Date: August 18, 2026
Amexum Service Marketplace is operated by Amexum Logistics.
Amexum Service Marketplace (“Amexum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a marketplace that connects customers with service providers for services including moving labor, junk removal, courier delivery, and furniture delivery.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when you create or use an Amexum account, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, service preferences, and account role.
For service requests, we may collect pickup and delivery locations, service addresses, job details, photos, messages, completion information, and other information needed to coordinate and complete a service.
Providers may also submit verification information such as vehicle details, insurance information, driver’s license information, identity documents, profile photos, service qualifications, and other documentation required for provider verification.
Amexum may collect device and notification information, including push-notification tokens, so we can send service, account, job-status, and marketplace notifications.
Payments and Payouts
Customer payments and provider payout information are processed through third-party payment services such as Stripe. Amexum does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or full bank-account credentials provided to Stripe.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the marketplace, create and manage accounts, verify providers, match providers with eligible jobs, process service requests, support payments and payouts, communicate job status, provide in-app messaging, investigate disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain platform security, and provide customer and provider support.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Amexum, including payment processors, cloud/database providers, mapping/location services, notification providers, and other technology vendors used to provide app functionality.
Information may also be shared when necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Amexum and its users.
Provider and Customer Information
Customers and providers may receive limited information about one another when needed to perform an Amexum job. Users should not use information obtained through Amexum for unrelated purposes.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, maintain transaction and verification records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Data Access and Deletion
Users may contact Amexum to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Some information may be retained when required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Amexum is not intended to be used independently by children to request or perform paid services. Users must meet applicable age and legal requirements to use marketplace features.
